Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
  • 2 (1LB) Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 400mL Butter Chicken Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Parsley chopped, 1 Tbsp. Extra garnish
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Pepper

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil, add chicken breast, sauté for 5 minutes and Reduce heat.
  2. Add Butter Chicken Sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked, and sauce is heated through.
  3. In a Skillet, add butter, once melted, add riced cauliflower, add parsley, salt and pepper, sauté for 5 minutes, until tender, and remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, add cauliflower rice, top with Butter Chicken and ready to serve.
