In a large bowl, add ground chicken, spinach mixture, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and salt and pepper, mix until fully combined.
Divide 4 portions of chicken mixture and form them into patties, to desired thickness, repeat for each.
Lightly spray indoor grill with cooking spray, pre-heat to 400 degrees. Place patties on grill and grill for 4-6 minutes, per side depending on thickness, until cooked with grill marks.
Place on hamburger bun and top with your favourite toppings.
