Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Garlic Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- Salt to taste
Topping:Â
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce, or as desired
- Mozzarella cheese ball, sliced
- 2 Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, cut rounds
- 1 Raw Harvest Jalapeno, sliced rounds
- Red, orange mini bell peppers, sliced
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 Cup Black Olives, sliced
Directions
- For Pizza Crust:Â In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 4 minutes, remove and let cool.
- Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Transfer cauliflower rice into a large bowl, add almond flour, parmesan cheese, eggs, seasonings, and salt to taste. Mix well, until combined.
- Lightly spray the pan with a non-stick spray, then place parchment paper, spread cauliflower mixture onto a round baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, until slightly cooked.
- For Pizza Topping:Remove from heat and add all topping ingredients. Place in the oven at 400 degrees and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and veggies are cooked. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
