  1. Pre-heat Grill on medium to high heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. Grill Zucchini Sheets 2 minutes per side, avoid overcooking. Grill Halloumi Cheese, once grilled cut into cubes.
  3. Ribbon Zucchini sheet on skewer, add grilled Halloumi, add cherry tomato.
  4. Repeat Step 3 for each skewer. Place in a dish and ready to serve.
