Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- ½ Package Harvest Fresh Carrot Spirals
- 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Kale Super Blend
- 1 Lb. Ground meat, Beef
- 6 Slices Bacon, cooked & cut
- 4 Cups Beef Broth
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Onion, diced
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, topping
Directions
- Over medium heat, brown, beef in a large pot breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks, about 5 minutes. Add bacon, cook, until golden brown.
- Once meat is cooked, add beef broth, onion, garlic, cauliflower rice, and carrot spirals, stir until fully combined, bring to a simmer, cover with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes on a low to medium heat.
- Add Kale Super Blend, heavy cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir until combined, and Kale has wilted.
- Remove from heat, top parmesan cheese and ready to serve.
