Ingredients
- 1 Pack Harvest Fresh Butternut Squash Spirals
- 1 Pack Harvest Fresh Riced Medley
- 1 Pack Harvest Fresh Beet Spirals
- 4 Cups Vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 White onion, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Heat a pot with boiling water. Add Butternut Squash Spirals, Beet Spirals, Riced Medley, vegetable broth, garlic, onion, salt and pepper, cook for 90 minutes.
- In another pot of boiling water add orecchiette pasta, cook for 10-15 minutes, until desired preference.
- Once soup is cooked add pasta, parmesan cheese and ready to serve.
