Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cauliflower
- ½ Cup flour
- 1 Egg, whisked
- 2 Tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 Cups Tomato Sauce, cooked
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, topping
Directions
- In a saucepan, add an inch of water, cauliflower rice, with the lid, steam for 4 minutes, until softened; remove from heat and let cool.
- Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- In a bowl, add steamed cauliflower rice, egg, flour, seasoning and salt. Mix all together, until the dough forms.
- Sprinkle flour on your work surface, knead dough and form into a circular ball.
- Cut the dough into 4 pieces, then roll each piece into long pieces about an ½ inch thick.
- Cut each roll into pieces, with each piece roll on the back of the fork, pressing slightly and rolling them down.
- In a large pot of boiling water add the cauliflower gnocchi, when cooked they will float to the top. In a Colander, drain the water.
- In a large pot, add your tomato sauce and cauliflower gnocchi and cook for 10 minutes.
