Ingredients
- ½ Bag Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
- 1 baguette
- 6 Large Eggs, boiled
- ½ Cup Green Onions, chopped
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Tsp. Dry Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Paprika, topping
Directions
- In a large bowl, add boiled eggs and break them up with a fork.
- Add Kale Slaw, mayonnaise, onions, dry mustard, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Place Egg Salad on 1 slice of bread and top with the other slice. Slice baguette in half and ready to serve.
