Ingredients

  • ½ Bag Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
  • 1 baguette
  • 6 Large Eggs, boiled
  • ½ Cup Green Onions, chopped
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Tsp. Dry Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Paprika, topping

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add boiled eggs and break them up with a fork.
  2. Add Kale Slaw, mayonnaise, onions, dry mustard, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. Place Egg Salad on 1 slice of bread and top with the other slice. Slice baguette in half and ready to serve.
