Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Veggie Medley
- 1 Lb. Ground Pork
- 1 Onion, finely Chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Beef Bovril
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Spring Roll Wrappers- follow package directions
- Vegetable Oil, for deep frying
Directions
- In a skillet on medium heat, add ground pork, cook until completely brown, add onion, cook until translucent, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, add veggie medley, sauté, until soft and tender, add beef Bovril, soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste mix until all combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Using Spring Roll Wrapper, fill each piece with veggie medley mix and wrap and form, use milk to seal the edges. Repeat for each.
- Air Fryer Method – Place in Air Fryer at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Until golden and cooked.
- Oil Fry Method– Fill Skillet ½ way with vegetable oil-heat on high. Drop Spring Rolls and fry turning frequently, until lightly golden brown and cooked and ready to serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
