Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Harvest Fresh Riced Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1/2  Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Peppers (any colour), chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Chives, sesame seeds topping

What You Need

Preparation

  1. In a skillet, on high heat add oil. Once the oil is hot, add onions, garlic, peppers and broccoli rice, continue stirring and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Crack eggs in the middle, scramble the eggs and mix into the rice.
  3. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix. Garnish with chives and sesame seeds.
