Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Cauliflower Florets
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ Tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped, garnish
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 ° Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, add grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, mix until fully combined.
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, parmesan cheese mixture, salt and pepper, mix well, until evenly coated.
- Spread seasoned cauliflower in a single layer, evenly on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes, flip, and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Cooked when tender, golden brown and crispy, ready to serve.
