Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Cauliflower Florets
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped, garnish
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 ° Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, add grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, mix until fully combined.
  3. In a bowl, toss cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, parmesan cheese mixture, salt and pepper, mix well, until evenly coated.
  4. Spread seasoned cauliflower in a single layer, evenly on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 15 minutes, flip, and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Cooked when tender, golden brown and crispy, ready to serve.

