Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Veggie Medley
  • 4 Tbsp. Garlic Butter
  • ½ Cup Heavy cream
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • Fresh Parsley, finely chopped, garnish

Directions

  1. Steam veggies in a steamer, once veggies are cooked and have softened. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat, stir in heavy cream, and shredded cheese. Stir until slightly thickened.
  3. Add creamy cheese butter sauce to the steamed vegetables, toss until well coated.
  4. Remove from heat, serve and garnish with parsley, ready to serve.

