Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Topping

  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce, cooked
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • Pepperoni, slices

What You Need

Directions

  1. For Pizza Crust: In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 6 minutes, remove and let cool.
  2. Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  3. Transfer cauliflower rice into a large bowl, add almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Mix well, until combined.
  4. In a baking pan, place parchment paper, divide cauliflower mixture into four balls and form into individual pizzas.
  5. For Pizza Topping: Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Place into the oven at 375 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden, and ready to serve.
