Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 8 Slices Bacon, cut, crispy
  • 1 Cup Seedless Red Grapes, halved
  • 1 Large Red Apple, peeled and diced
  • ½ Cup Red Pepper, diced
  • ½ Cup Red Onions, finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Sliced Almonds, toasted
  • 3 Tbsp. Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds

Dressing

  • 1 Cup. Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Bacon, Crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add broccoli florets, grapes, apples, red pepper, onions, mix well, until combined.
  2. In a bowl, add dressing ingredients, whisk well.
  3. Pour dressing on broccoli salad, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Remove from fridge, mix broccoli salad, add bacon pieces, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, pepita seeds, ready to serve.

