Heat a pot with boiling water. Add Butternut Squash Spirals, Beet Spirals, Riced Medley, vegetable broth, garlic, onion, salt and pepper, cook for 90 minutes.
In another pot of boiling water add orecchiette pasta, cook for 10-15 minutes, until desired preference.
Once soup is cooked add pasta, parmesan cheese and ready to serve.
