  1. In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 5 minutes, remove and let cool.
  2. In a Skillet on medium heat, add 1 Tbsp oil, red onions cook, until translucent, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside
  3. In a blender, add steamed cauliflower rice, milk, lemon juice, sautéed onions and garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Set aside
  4. In a skillet on medium heat add 1 Tbsp. oil, Butternut Squash Spirals, cook for 5 minutes, add water and stem for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Heat cauliflower sauce in a small pot, stir in parmesan, mix until combined.
  6. In a bowl, add butternut squash spirals, cauliflower Sauce mix until combined.
  7. In a plate add butternut squash cauliflower Alfredo, top with bacon and ready to Serve.
