2 Lb. Ground Chicken, or ground meat of preference
¼ Cup. White Wine
5 Cups Tomato Sauce, cooked
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Parsley, dried
What You Need
Place on a pan with parchment paper, add Butternut Squash veggie sheets, brush oil on one side of each sheet, and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until soft. Let cool.
In a large pot, add olive oil, ground meat, cook until browned, add white wine, salt, seasoning, then add sauce, and cook for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl add ricotta, sautéed spinach and, mix well.
Preheat oven to 375° degrees.
In a 9×12 casserole dish, spread meat sauce on the bottom, add 1st layer with butternut squash veggie sheets to cover, then spread meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach filling, and repeat the process for each layer. For the top layer add remaining tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Then uncover the foil and bake for 10 minutes, until cooked.
