  1. In a skillet heat butter over medium heat. Add the shallots, paprika, salt, and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium to low, stirring occasionally, cook until onions have caramelized.
  2. Once caramelized remove from heat and let cool at room temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, using a hand blender, beat until smooth. Add caramelized shallots, salt and pepper, mix until fully combined.
  4. Place in a bowl and ready to serve with vegetables, chips or crackers.
