Ingredients
- 1/2 Package Harvest Fresh Nantes Carrots, Sliced
- ½ Package Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions , halved
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- ¼ Cup. Maple syrup
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a frying pan, on medium to high heat, add butter, once melted, add Cipolline Onions cook until translucent and golden brown, add Nantes carrots, sauté until soft and tender.
- Add Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, salt, and pepper, mix well.
- Remove from heat and ready to serve.
