Ingredients
- ½ Cup Harvest Fresh Nantes Carrots, grated
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- ½ Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt, high protein
- 1 Scoop protein powder of your preference.
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- ½ Tsp. Cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. Walnuts chopped, additional for topping
- Peanut Butter drizzle
Directions
- In a bowl, add rolled oats, milk, yogurt, protein powder, carrots, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg, mix until fully combined. Add Walnuts and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 4 hours.
- Remove from fridge, drizzle with peanut butter, top with walnuts and shredded carrots and ready to serve.
