Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Harvest Fresh Nantes Carrots, grated
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt, high protein
  • 1 Scoop protein powder of your preference.
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • ½ Tsp. Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. Walnuts chopped, additional for topping
  • Peanut Butter drizzle

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add rolled oats, milk, yogurt, protein powder, carrots, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg, mix until fully combined. Add Walnuts and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 4 hours.
  3. Remove from fridge, drizzle with peanut butter, top with walnuts and shredded carrots and ready to serve.

