Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 2 (1LB) Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 400mL Butter Chicken Sauce
- ¼ Cup Parsley chopped, 1 Tbsp. Extra garnish
- 1 Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil, add chicken breast, sauté for 5 minutes and Reduce heat.
- Add Butter Chicken Sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked, and sauce is heated through.
- In a Skillet, add butter, once melted, add riced cauliflower, add parsley, salt and pepper, sauté for 5 minutes, until tender, and remove from heat.
- In a bowl, add cauliflower rice, top with Butter Chicken and ready to serve.
