1 Package Cremini Mushrooms and stems, finely chopped
½ Jar Marinara Sauce, cooked
1 Large Egg, Beaten
3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ Onion, finely chopped
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
½ Tsp. Oregano
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Butter

Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
In a Skillet, add butter once melted, add cremini mushrooms, and cook for 3 minutes, then add onion, sauté until translucent, add garlic sauté until fragrant, and add Riced Cauliflower cook for 3 minutes, add oregano, salt, and black pepper, mix well. Remove from heat, let cool and set aside.
In a large bowl, add cauliflower rice mixture, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, olive oil, mix, until fully combined.
Using an ice cream scooper, form cauliflower cremini bites into round balls.
Place Cauliflower Cremini Bites on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes, until cooked and tops are golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve with marinara sauce.
