Over medium heat, brown, beef in a large pot breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks, about 5 minutes. Add bacon, cook, until golden brown.
Once meat is cooked, add beef broth, onion, garlic, cauliflower rice, and carrot spirals, stir until fully combined, bring to a simmer, cover with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes on a low to medium heat.
Add Kale Super Blend, heavy cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir until combined, and Kale has wilted.
Remove from heat, top parmesan cheese and ready to serve.
