  1. In a skillet, on medium heat add oil, onions, ground Turkey, break down in small pieces, once fully cooked, add white wine, then add Riced Cauliflower, garlic seasoning, salt and pepper continue stirring and cook for 8 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  2. Remove from heat, add shredded cheese, Mix well until combined. Transfer to a large bowl, with an ice cream scooper, scoop your Cauliflower mixture and form into a ball.
  3. In a bowl, add egg, and in a large bowl add breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese and mix.
  4. Dip Cauliflower Riced ball in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Repeat for each. Transfer to a baking sheet. Lightly Spray top with cooking spray.
  5. Place Cauliflower Riced balls in oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, and flip for an additional 5 minutes, until cooked and golden brown. Let cool and ready to serve.
  6. Note: If using Air fryer place at 400 degrees for 8 Minutes and flip for an additional 2 minutes until cooked, or golden brown. Let cool and ready to serve.
