Ingredients
- 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Spinach, finely chopped, sautéed
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 1 Lb. Ground Chicken
- 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- ½ Tsp. Garlic powder
- ½ Tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Topping Options:
- Lettuce
- Roasted Peppers
- Onion, Sliced Round
- Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- In a skillet, on medium to low heat, add butter, once melted, add onions, sauté until translucent, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, add spinach and sauté, until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large bowl, add ground chicken, spinach mixture, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and salt and pepper, mix until fully combined.
- Divide 4 portions of chicken mixture and form them into patties, to desired thickness, repeat for each.
- Lightly spray indoor grill with cooking spray, pre-heat to 400 degrees. Place patties on grill and grill for 4-6 minutes, per side depending on thickness, until cooked with grill marks.
- Place on hamburger bun and top with your favourite toppings.
