Ingredients
- 3/4 Bag of Harvest Fresh Chopped Kale
- 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp.ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 cups soy milk
Directions
- Blend/Grind the flaxseed into course, flour-like granules.
- Blend Harvest Fresh Chopped kale with 1 cup of soymilk and 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
- Add pineapple, banana, peanut butter, flaxseed, maple syrup, and 1 cup of soymilk into the blender.
- Blend everything for a minute, or until the texture becomes smooth.
- Add water for consistency.
- Serve immediately.
