Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees. Use a baking sheet lined with Parchment Paper.
Slice Puff Pastry Sheets in 6 rectangular pieces. Set aside
On baking sheet with parchment paper, drizzle oil, balsamic glaze, sprinkle parmesan cheese, rosemary, salt, and pepper, top with Cipolline Onions and fire roasted peppers forming a rectangular shape.
Layer rectangular puff pastry on top, brush egg wash on top and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.
Place in oven for 20 minutes, baked until golden brown. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and ready to serve.
