For Butternut Squash, Zucchini, and Carrot Spirals:
In a pan at medium-high heat, add your butter or cooking oil . Sauté for approximately 4-5 minutes to the desired consistency of al dente.
Season with salt and pepper (to taste) and give one last toss.
For Beet Spirals:
Add in Salads, serve on its own, drizzled with oil, and topped with Feta Cheese.
Teriyaki Meal Kit Instructions
In a pan on medium-high heat, add 3 Tbsp. cooking oil, add Spirals, Teriyaki sauce (amount desired), sauté for approximately 4-5 minutes, cook until desired preference. Remove from pan and ready to serve.
