Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw 
  • 1 Lb. Ground Chicken or Turkey
  • 1 Green Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ Tsp. Ginger Powder
  • 1 Tsp. White Vinegar
  • 3 ½ Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Toasted Sliced Almonds, Topping

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown meat and season with salt and pepper and remove from pan.
  2. In the same skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic, green onions, and Kale Slaw, sauté until Kale slaw is tender.
  3. Add in soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger powder and vinegar. Add the cooked turkey and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, top with sliced almonds, and ready to serve.
