Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
- 1 Lb. Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 1 Green Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ Tsp. Ginger Powder
- 1 Tsp. White Vinegar
- 3 ½ Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Toasted Sliced Almonds, Topping
Directions
- In a skillet, brown meat and season with salt and pepper and remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic, green onions, and Kale Slaw, sauté until Kale slaw is tender.
- Add in soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger powder and vinegar. Add the cooked turkey and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, top with sliced almonds, and ready to serve.
