Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Veggie Medley
- 4 Tbsp. Garlic Butter
- ½ Cup Heavy cream
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Fresh Parsley, finely chopped, garnish
Directions
- Steam veggies in a steamer, once veggies are cooked and have softened. Set aside.
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat, stir in heavy cream, and shredded cheese. Stir until slightly thickened.
- Add creamy cheese butter sauce to the steamed vegetables, toss until well coated.
- Remove from heat, serve and garnish with parsley, ready to serve.
