Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 1 Package of Spiral Pasta, or of preference
- 1 Lb. Ground Sausage, casing removed
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- ½ Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- ½ Cup Sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tsp. Chili Flakes
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a large Pot, boil water, cook pasta as per packaging directions. Set aside.
- In a large pot, add sausage, break up the meat, cook until browned. Set aside.
- In the same pot, on medium to high heat, add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk until thickened. Add Spinach and Sun-dried tomatoes, let simmer until spinach has wilted. Add Sausage, and Pasta, mix until fully combined and heated.
- Remove from heat and ready to serve.
