In a large Pot, boil water, cook pasta as per packaging directions. Set aside.
In a large pot, add sausage, break up the meat, cook until browned. Set aside.
In the same pot, on medium to high heat, add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk until thickened. Add Spinach and Sun-dried tomatoes, let simmer until spinach has wilted. Add Sausage, and Pasta, mix until fully combined and heated.
