In a food processor or blender, add Kale Super Blend, garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, add Kale Super Blend Mixture and add crushed pine nuts. Set aside
In a large pot, boil pasta shells for 5 minutes, cooked al dente. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a Skillet on medium heat, add butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Add cooking cream and bring to a simmer, then add ½ cup parmesan cheese at a time as the cream thickens, constantly stirring. Add a dash of nutmeg and mix together.
Place Kale Super blend mixture in each Pasta shell. Fill as desired.
In an oven dish, add cream sauce on bottom of dish, stuffed pasta shells, add remaining sauce on top and cover in foil.
Place in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes and remove the foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until cooked. Top with grated parmesan and red pepper flakes and ready to Serve.
