Any of our Harvest Fresh Cubed Vegetables
- Harvest Fresh Cubed Butternut Squash
- Harvest Fresh Cubed Beets
- Harvest Fresh Cubed Sweet Potato
- Harvest Fresh Cubed Rutabaga
- Harvest Fresh Cubed Vegetable Medley
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- Seasonings, desired preference
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Here are a few quick ways to prepare any of our Harvest Fresh Cubed Veggies!
Oven Baked Method:
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add cubed vegetables of choice, 2 Tbsp. Oil, Salt, Seasoning and Pepper, mix well.
- Place on baking sheet, spread cubed vegetables evenly and bake:
Butternut Squash, Beets and Rutabaga for 25-30 minutes
Sweet Potato and Vegetable Medley for 35-40 minutes. - Bake until, soft, and golden brown, remove from heat and ready to serve.
Sautéed Method:
- Heat a skillet over medium- high heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Add Cubed vegetables and sauté for 25 minutes, cook until soft and tender, add salt, seasonings, and pepper to taste.
Stove Top Boiling Method:
- In a pot, add 2 Cups of water, add cubed vegetables.
- Bring to a full boil and reduce to medium heat, boil for 20-25 minutes, until vegetables have softened.
- Remove from heat, strain, season and ready to serve.
Stove Top Steaming Method:
- In a saucepan add 1 inch of water, place colander on top.
- Add cubed vegetables, turn the stovetop on medium to high heat.
- Place lid on top, allow to steam for 20- 25 minutes, until soft and tender. Remove from heat, season, and serve.
Purée Method:
- Once cubed vegetables are steamed or boiled, remove from heat, set aside and let cool.
- Add cubed vegetables in a large bowl, using a hand blender, blend until smooth, or mash with a fork, to desired preference.
