Directions

  1. Here are a few quick ways to prepare any of our Harvest Fresh Cubed Veggies!

Oven Baked Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add cubed vegetables of choice, 2 Tbsp. Oil, Salt, Seasoning and Pepper, mix well.
  3. Place on baking sheet, spread cubed vegetables evenly and bake:
    Butternut Squash, Beets and Rutabaga for 25-30 minutes
    Sweet Potato and Vegetable Medley for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Bake until, soft, and golden brown, remove from heat and ready to serve.

Sautéed Method:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium- high heat and add olive oil or butter.
  2. Add Cubed vegetables and sauté for 25 minutes, cook until soft and tender, add salt, seasonings, and pepper to taste.

Stove Top Boiling Method:

  1. In a pot, add 2 Cups of water, add cubed vegetables.
  2. Bring to a full boil and reduce to medium heat, boil for 20-25 minutes, until vegetables have softened.
  3. Remove from heat, strain, season and ready to serve.

Stove Top Steaming Method:

  1. In a saucepan add 1 inch of water, place colander on top.
  2. Add cubed vegetables, turn the stovetop on medium to high heat.
  3. Place lid on top, allow to steam for 20- 25 minutes, until soft and tender. Remove from heat, season, and serve.

Purée Method:

  1. Once cubed vegetables are steamed or boiled, remove from heat, set aside and let cool.
  2. Add cubed vegetables in a large bowl, using a hand blender, blend until smooth, or mash with a fork, to desired preference.
