Ingredients
- 1 Package of Harvest Fresh Riced Broccoli
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 Cup Peppers (any colour), chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Chives, sesame seeds topping
Directions
- In a skillet, on high heat add oil. Once the oil is hot, add onions, garlic, peppers and broccoli rice, continue stirring and cook for 2 minutes.
- Crack eggs in the middle, scramble the eggs and mix into the rice.
- Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix. Garnish with chives and sesame seeds.
