Ingredients
- 4 Harvest Fresh Shallots, sliced
- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
- 1 Brie, Slices
- 7 Sun-dried Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsps. Butter
- Egg, wash
Directions
- Pre-heat oven 400 degrees, Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, on medium to high heat, add butter, add shallots, sauté until caramelized, add sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for a few minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool.
- Lay Puff Pastry sheet on a clean surface, slice in triangles, fill with cooked mixture, add brie and roll using the large end first, shape into a croissant. Egg wash each and place on baking sheet and place in oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
