In a large pot add oil, onions, and celery, cook, until onions are translucent.
Add garlic, shredded Brussels sprouts, cook for 5 minutes, add Riced Medley, and broth, bay leaves, and cook for 10 minutes, then add chopped kale, cook until wilted, remove from heat and ready to serve.
