Ingredients

  1. 2 handfuls of Harvest Fresh Spinach
  2. 1 medium ripe avocado
  3. 1 frozen medium banana
  4. 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
  5. 2 cups almond milk/soy milk
  6. Pinch of Chia Seeds (per glass)

What You Need

Directions

  1. Blend fresh spinach and 1 cup of milk for 1 min.
  2. Add avocado, vanilla yogurt and 1 cup of milk.
  3. Blend a minute, or until the texture becomes smooth.
  4. Add frozen banana. Blend.
  5. Serve immediately with a pinch of chia seeds topping.
