Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Butternut Squash
- 5 Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, Sliced
- 3 Pears, cut in wedges
- 10 Brussels Sprouts, whole
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup. Cranberries, dried
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add cubed Butternut Squash, Brussels Sprouts, Pears, Onions, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, mix well.
- Using a baking sheet, cover with foil, add mixture, and spread evenly on the pan.
- Place in oven, for 30 minutes, until Brussel sprouts start to crisp, pears are caramelized, and butternut squash is soft. Mix once after 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add cranberries, and drizzle honey on top. Ready to serve.
