  1. Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add cubed Butternut Squash, Brussels Sprouts, Pears, Onions, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, mix well.
  3. Using a baking sheet, cover with foil, add mixture, and spread evenly on the pan.
  4. Place in oven, for 30 minutes, until Brussel sprouts start to crisp, pears are caramelized, and butternut squash is soft. Mix once after 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, add cranberries, and drizzle honey on top. Ready to serve.
