Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees, spray Bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl add butter and garlic powder, mix well.
Remove biscuits from package, spread each one, add a spoonful of herb and garlic cream to each biscuit, fold over as pockets. Repeat process for Jalapeno Cheddar Cream cheese.
In bottom of Bundt Pan, add cream cheese stuffed biscuits, alternate biscuits with cream cheese varieties, add half of each of Jalapeno, red peppers, shredded cheese, and butter mixture on top. Repeat process for each layer.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked, and golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool and ready to serve.
