Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees, spray Bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a skillet on medium heat, add oil, sauté bell peppers, jalapenos, until tender. Add Cipolline onions, sauté until translucent, add garlic, mix until all combined. Remove from heat, place in a bowl, and set aside.
On a clean service, sprinkle flour, place pizza dough and slightly spread, cut in 4 slices, then cut each slice into 3 pieces. Repeat for each slice.
Spread dough, add Jalapeno pepper mixture in the centre, and shredded cheese on top, overlap edges around mixture forming a ball, and mixture is sealed and covered. Repeat process for each piece.
In Bundt pan, place a small bowl in centre of pan, add stuffed pepper balls, leaving a little space in between each other, lightly brush oil on each piece and, top with remaining jalapeno pepper mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place in oven, and bake for 30 minutes until cooked, and golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool and ready to serve with Marinara Sauce.
