Air-Fryer

  1. Place Kale in a bowl and massage the leaves, add olive oil and salt.
  2. Place in air-fryer 360 degrees for approx. 6 min.
  3. Air-fry until crisp, and ready to serve.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Lay Kale on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil and salt.
  3. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves half way through for about 20 minutes.
