Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Kale
- 2 tbsp. of Olive oil
- Sea Salt for sprinkling
Directions
Air-Fryer
- Place Kale in a bowl and massage the leaves, add olive oil and salt.
- Place in air-fryer 360 degrees for approx. 6 min.
- Air-fry until crisp, and ready to serve.
Oven
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
- Lay Kale on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil and salt.
- Bake until crisp, turning the leaves half way through for about 20 minutes.
