Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
  • 1 Lb. Ground turkey
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ Tsp. Ginger, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • Hot sauce, optional
  • Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, add oil on medium heat. Add onions, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add turkey, ginger and minced garlic, break up the meat, mix around, until cooked and nicely browned.
  3. Place the chicken aside, add the Kale Slaw in skillet, for approximately 3-5 minutes, until slightly tender.
  4. Place ground turkey back in the skillet, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and hot sauce (optional) as desired for a kick of spice.
