Ingredients
- 1 Pack Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
- 1 Lb. Ground turkey
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- ½ Tsp. Ginger, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- Hot sauce, optional
- Pepper to Taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, add oil on medium heat. Add onions, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add turkey, ginger and minced garlic, break up the meat, mix around, until cooked and nicely browned.
- Place the chicken aside, add the Kale Slaw in skillet, for approximately 3-5 minutes, until slightly tender.
- Place ground turkey back in the skillet, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and hot sauce (optional) as desired for a kick of spice.
