Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
- 2 Harvest Fresh Shallots, chopped
- ½ Can Pineapple, Slices, chopped pieces
- 1 Red Apple, sliced pieces
- ¼ Cup Slivered Almonds
Dressing:
- ½ Cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1/8 Tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
- In a bowl add Kale Slaw, Pineapple, Apples, Shallots and Slivered Almonds.
- Prepare dressing, combining all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
- Add dressing and mix well and place in the refrigerator to chill, once chilled, ready to serve.
* Tip: Great to add on sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and splendid as a side to any meal.
