Ingredients

Dressing:

  • ½ Cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp. Black Pepper

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a bowl add Kale Slaw, Pineapple, Apples, Shallots and Slivered Almonds.
  2. Prepare dressing, combining all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
  3. Add dressing and mix well and place in the refrigerator to chill, once chilled, ready to serve.

* Tip: Great to add on sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and splendid as a side to any meal.
