Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
  • ½ Cup Ramen noodles, broken in pieces
  • ½ Cup Red Pepper, diced
  • ½ Cup Green onions, sliced
  • ½ Cup Slivered almonds
  • 3 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

Dressing

  • ½ Cup Olive oil
  • ¼ Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Sugar

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a skillet on medium heat, melt butter, add ramen noodles, slivered almonds, and sesame seeds, constantly stirring, cook until golden brown.
  2. In a jar, add dressing ingredients, shake well until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, add Kale Slaw, red peppers, green onions, noodle mixture and pour the dressing on top, mix well and ready to serve.
