Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
- ½ Cup Ramen noodles, broken in pieces
- ½ Cup Red Pepper, diced
- ½ Cup Green onions, sliced
- ½ Cup Slivered almonds
- 3 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Dressing
- ½ Cup Olive oil
- ¼ Cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- ¼ Cup Sugar
Directions
- In a skillet on medium heat, melt butter, add ramen noodles, slivered almonds, and sesame seeds, constantly stirring, cook until golden brown.
- In a jar, add dressing ingredients, shake well until combined.
- In a large bowl, add Kale Slaw, red peppers, green onions, noodle mixture and pour the dressing on top, mix well and ready to serve.
