In a large pan, on high heat add 1 Tbsp. Olive oil and reduce to medium heat, then add Kale Slaw, cook for 3 minutes until soft.
In a large bowl, add tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sautéed Kale Slaw, onions, Dijon mustard, Lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well, until combined.
Take a handful and flatten into your cupped hand to form patties. Repeat for each one.
Spray each side with cooking spray and place in Air fryer for 8 minutes at 375 degrees, Flip patties for additional 3 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and serve with your favourite dip.
