Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Can. Tuna, drained
  • 1 Egg, whisked
  • ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Onions, chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a large pan, on high heat add 1 Tbsp. Olive oil and reduce to medium heat, then add Kale Slaw, cook for 3 minutes until soft.
  2. In a large bowl, add tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sautéed Kale Slaw, onions, Dijon mustard, Lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well, until combined.
  3. Take a handful and flatten into your cupped hand to form patties. Repeat for each one.
  4. Spray each side with cooking spray and place in Air fryer for 8 minutes at 375 degrees, Flip patties for additional 3 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and serve with your favourite dip.
