Ingredients

    Directions

    1. Open the bag and remove the Minestrone Soup Base. Set aside.
    2. Add vegetable mix to a medium sized pot.
    3. Add 3 cups of water along with the Minestrone Soup base and 1 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil.
    4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Serve and enjoy!
