Ingredients
- 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower, steamed
- 1/3 Cup Harvest Fresh Cubed Butternut Squash, boiled
- 1 Banana, frozen
- ½ Cup Apples, peeled and cored
- Fresh Ginger, 1 inch
- 1/3 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder, desired preference.
- 2 Tbsp Honey
Toppings of preference:
- Blueberries
- Slivered Almonds
- Peanut Butter drizzle
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a blender, blend on low speed, then to high speed, blend until fully combined.
- Pour into a bowl, add your favourite toppings and ready to serve.
