In a saucepan, add an inch of water, broccoli rice, with the lid, steam for 4 minutes, until softened; remove from heat and let cool.
Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
In a bowl, add steamed broccoli rice, egg, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Lightly spray the pan with a non-stick spray, using an ice cream scooper, scoop broccoli mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula flatten the mixture into round flat patties.
Once flattened, place them on parchment paper and spray with cooking spray, place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
